Email us at:  jgschnepp@cableone.net   if you do not have FREE long distance or HATE the telephone!  Otherwise the phone will usually find a 'live' person!  For internet customers, I DO prefer emails because then, all information is kept in writing and in an email file I create for you, and I don't have to 'take notes' while on the phone.  But, if you prefer the telephone...just give us a holler! 

Arizona is on Mountain Standard Time, and in the summer we do NOT do Daylight Savings Time, so we match up with the Pacific Time Zone during DST.  We are home based, but we're generally up by 7 am and take calls up until 9 pm at night comfortably. 

There is voice mail on the phone and we promise a call back just as fast as we can!
